I have bought quite a few of Zach's arrangements and the So Sweet book. I have loved everything. His arrangements are unique, fresh, inciteful and worshipful. I have even become acquainted with hymns and songs I had not heard before. I also love that on many of the songs the text is printed on the music. I have written the text in myself on hymn arrangements from other arrangers because the text is so powerful and gives you an additional "roadmap" for expression (just my two cents!). You feel Zach's deep personal conviction and love of God in each arrangement and I have enjoyed this music so much. It is deeply moving and meaningful, a great choice for performance or just for personal devotion and reflection. I also appreciate that there is an excellent recording of each number, some with a helpful tutorial, and this has been helpful when there are style elements I am less familiar with.
