Refund policy

Digital Downloads (PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on these items after they've been downloaded. All sales of these items are final and non-refundable.

If, however, you have not downloaded them and my system still registers them as unfulfilled, you may request a full refund by emailing me at zach@to.zachjamesmusic.com

If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact me at zach@to.zachjamesmusic.com and I’ll help resolve the issue.


Physical Products (Sheet Music Books & CDs)

I accept returns on physical items (such as physical sheet music books and CDs) under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

To request a return:

  1. Email me at zach@to.zachjamesmusic.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.
  3. Once I receive and inspect the returned item(s), I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me within 7 days of delivery at zach@to.zachjamesmusic.com. I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
